Work Orders

Work orders track maintenance and repair tasks from initial report through completion, connecting issues to assigned staff, tracking costs, and providing documentation for property owners.

Coming soon. The Work Orders module is currently in development. The UI for creating and managing work orders is not yet available. In the meantime, use Tasks to track maintenance work and assign it to staff.

What Work Orders Will Track

When the module ships, work orders will capture:

  • The property and location of the issue
  • Category (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliances, Structural, Grounds, Pool, Other)
  • Priority level and target completion date
  • Assigned staff member or vendor
  • Labor and materials costs
  • Before, during, and after photos
  • Status through the full repair lifecycle
