Guest Portal Guide
Welcome to your personal guest portal. This is your one-stop destination for everything related to your upcoming stay -- from booking details and villa directions to messaging your host and requesting trip services.
Overview
The guest portal gives you instant access to all the information you need before, during, and after your stay. There is no password to remember -- you access the portal through a secure magic link sent to your email or phone, or by entering your email address and booking confirmation code.
How to Access the Portal
There are two ways to log in:
Magic link (recommended): Click the link sent to your email or phone. It will log you in automatically -- no password needed.
Email and booking code: Visit the guest portal login page, enter the email address associated with your reservation and the booking confirmation code from your booking email, then select Continue. A magic link will be sent to your email.

If you have trouble logging in, select the Contact Support link at the bottom of the login page.
Your Dashboard
After logging in, you land on the dashboard -- your home screen for the stay.
Booking Summary Card
The top of the dashboard shows a photo of your villa along with the key details of your stay:
- Check-in date and time -- the earliest you can arrive
- Check-out date and time -- when you need to depart by
- Number of guests and nights
- Booking status (confirmed, pending, etc.)
If your check-in is within 30 days, a countdown banner shows how many days remain until your arrival.

Quick Actions
Below the summary card, four quick-action buttons give you fast access to the most common sections:
- View Details -- full booking breakdown
- Directions -- how to get to the villa
- Messages -- communicate with your host or concierge
- Villa Guide -- house rules, Wi-Fi info, appliance instructions, and more

Payment Status
If there is an outstanding balance on your booking -- either a deposit or a remaining balance -- a payment card appears with the amount due and a Pay Now button.
Arrival Information
If you have not yet submitted your arrival details (flight information, estimated arrival time, transportation needs), you will see a prompt to Add Arrival Details. Providing this information helps your host prepare for your arrival.
Important Information
The bottom of the dashboard highlights essential details such as check-in instructions, Wi-Fi password availability, and concierge support.
Main Sections
Booking Details
The booking detail page shows the complete picture of your reservation:
- Property overview -- photo, name, full address
- Stay details -- check-in/check-out dates and times, duration, guest count
- Price breakdown -- nightly rate, fees, taxes, total, and payment status
- Property policies -- house rules, check-in/check-out times, no-smoking policy, cancellation policy
- Documents and resources -- downloadable files such as the villa guide, Wi-Fi instructions, and local recommendations
From this page you can also Contact Host or open the Villa Guide directly.

Directions
The directions page provides everything you need to find your villa, including address, map, and step-by-step driving or transit instructions.
Messages
The messages section lets you communicate directly with your host or concierge team. You can ask questions, request information, or coordinate arrival logistics. An unread message count badge appears on both the dashboard and the navigation bar so you never miss a reply.
Villa Guide
The villa guide is your digital handbook for the property. It typically includes:
- How to operate appliances, air conditioning, and entertainment systems
- Wi-Fi network name and password
- Pool and hot tub instructions
- Garbage and recycling guidelines
- Emergency contacts and nearby medical facilities
Trip Services
The services section lets you browse and request activities and experiences for your stay. Whether it is a private chef, surf lessons, airport transfers, or a guided nature tour, you can explore what is available and submit requests directly through the portal. Your concierge will confirm details and pricing.
Payments
If you have an outstanding balance, the payment page lets you complete your payment securely online. You can see exactly what is owed -- deposit or remaining balance -- and pay with a credit card.
Arrival Information
This form lets you share your travel details with your host:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Number of travelers
- Transportation needs (rental car, airport pickup, etc.)
- Any special requests for your arrival
Submitting this information helps your host ensure the villa is ready and any requested services are arranged.
Account Settings
Access your account settings from the user menu (tap your avatar or initials in the top-right corner, then select Account Settings).
From this page you can:
- Update your profile -- first name, last name, email, and phone number
- Change your password
- Manage notification preferences -- toggle email notifications for booking confirmations, arrival reminders, messages from your host, and promotional offers
- Delete your account -- permanently remove your data (this action cannot be undone)
Help and Support
Select Help & Support from the user menu to access FAQs and support resources. If you need direct assistance, you can always send a message through the Messages section or contact support from the login page.
Navigation
The portal is designed to work beautifully on your phone. On mobile devices, a bottom navigation bar gives you quick access to:
- Home -- your dashboard
- Booking -- reservation details
- Messages -- host communication
- Services -- trip activities and experiences
- Guide -- villa handbook
On desktop, these same sections are accessible from the top header and quick-action buttons.
Key Concepts
- Magic link: A secure, one-time login link sent to your email or phone. No password required.
- Booking code: Your reservation confirmation number, included in your booking email.
- Concierge: Your dedicated support contact who can help arrange activities, answer questions, and ensure your stay is perfect.
- Trip services: Optional activities, tours, and experiences you can request through the portal.
Common Questions
I did not receive a magic link. What should I do? Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, return to the login page and enter your email and booking code to request a new one. If problems persist, contact support.
Can I access the portal after my stay ends? Yes. Your portal remains accessible after checkout so you can review your booking details, download documents, and view messages.
How do I know if my payment went through? After a successful payment, the booking detail page will show a green "Paid in full" status. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Can I modify my booking through the portal? The guest portal is for viewing and managing your stay experience. To modify dates, guest count, or cancel your reservation, please contact your host through the Messages section.
Is the portal available in other languages? Yes. The portal supports multiple languages. Your language is detected automatically from your browser settings.
